What is Consignment?
The definition of consignment is to entrust another with an object, typically for resale. Consignment does not necessarily mean "used," but it does mean great merchandise at lower than retail prices.

Consignment provides an ideal way to sell household furnishings without having the inconvenience of phone calls, broken appointments, or opening your home to strangers.
Remember, nothing is too old (yes, we accept antiques) or too new!

- Items are arranged in room groupings and are displayed for fastest possible sale!
- Our consignment period is 90 days (thirty days above most consignment stores!)
- Consignors receive 40% of the final retail price on all items!
- Garvey Décor is backed by our name, known locally for quality orthodontics for over 30 years!
- Great location, and high traffic flow, ensure constant turnover and high foot traffic

Great! You have just extended the life of your unused, unwanted home decor, by having us find buyers who have the room and like your style! All-the-while, you are making money! The following items we currently accept:
Consignment Guide
- First time consigners are taken by appointment only.
- Consignment items must be clean and in "ready to sell" condition
- Terms: 60/40 split on final selling price.
- Items will be discounted at 30 and 60 days; at 90 days items need to be picked up or they will be donated to charity
- We have the right to refuse any item.

- Home Décor
- Art
- Antiques
- Unique Items
At this time we are not looking for the following items:
- Clothing (Adult, Child, etc...)
- Everyday Kitchenware
- Upholstered Items (exceptions)
- Toys
Future Consignor Information
Consigning with Garvey Décor takes just two easy steps:
- Please look over your item for any nicks, scratches, or stains. The presence of any such damages by no means disqualifies your item for sale. At this time we offer free minimal refurbishment of consignment items!
- If the item is in satisfactory condition, then you are ready to consign! Just take a picture of the item (if there are any damages please say so or show them in the picture) and send to info@garveydecor.com! Any information on the item you wish to consign would be greatly appreciated (year, attributes, etc...)
